Just like a fitness or nutrition plan, it’s a collaborative process—we’ll adjust and refine over time to ensure you get the most from your practice.

Breathing & Yoga
Group Class
In this relaxed class, we focus on developing healthy, functional breathing habits to better oxygenate the brain and body. By combining breathwork with gentle, purposeful movement, we improve posture, build awareness, and make breathing more efficient.
On the mat, we calm the mind, strengthen focus, and build resilience to see these benefits off the mat and throughout our life.
Mats are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Suitable for all levels.
