
About Nina

With over 20 years of yoga experience, Nina has long understood the power of breathwork. But it wasn't until her training with the Oxygen Advantage® that she truly discovered the science behind different breathing techniques—and how they can bring calm, clarity, and resilience.
As someone with an overactive mind, Nina has always been curious and passionate about learning, but also struggled with focus and restful sleep. She loved climbing but found herself holding her breath in moments of stress, which led to panic and a loss of clarity. She knew it wasn’t helpful—but didn’t yet know how to train her breath to overcome stress.
Becoming a mother added the challenge of broken sleep and stretched patience. Breathwork—especially the simple shift to nasal breathing, even during sleep and exercise—helped her feel more grounded and better able to handle daily stress.
Brought up in England, and having lived in Japan and India, Nina is now settled in Switzerland, where she finds peace in nature—climbing, skiing, and hiking—and joy in sharing breathwork with others. From athletes and busy professionals to sleep-deprived parents and those navigating menopause, she helps people breathe better, feel better, and live better.
